Support Channels

To open a service request, you can use one of the four following methods:

Mattermost

OpenSVC Mattermost channels are available at https://meet.opensvc.com.

Please request your access via support@opensvc.com if no invitation has been received in your mailbox.

Tickets

The support website is available at https://www.opensvc.com.

First, you must register for an account on the web portal:

  1. Open a browser to https://www.opensvc.com.
  2. Click on the Sign In link.
  3. Click on the Register link.
  4. Fill in the requested information and submit.
  5. Contact support@opensvc.com to link your new account to your company support contract.

Once your account is active and linked to a support contract, you can open a service request:

  1. Open a browser to https://www.opensvc.com.
  2. Login with your email address and password.
  3. Click on the Support icon, then Create Ticket.
  4. Fill in the requested information and click Submit.
  5. You can then modify or view the ticket to complete it with a problem description, error messages, context, and any other information you want to provide.

Email

Send your request to support@opensvc.com.

Phone

Premium support enabled accounts are presented with a Call Me Back button in the web portal support section.

  1. Open a browser to https://www.opensvc.com.
  2. Login with your email address and password.
  3. Click on the Support icon, and then the red Call Me Back button.
  4. Fill in the form with your international phone number and submit.
  5. Wait for a support representative to call you back.
